We are in compliance with Uniform Plumbing Code, International Standard Plumbing Code and all Local ordinances where applicable.

Due to the cost and duration of construction projects, Labibco must receive payments as work is completed with a mobilization fee for start-up jobs. These payments are based on completed work and stored material. We understand that it is customary to withhold a percentage of the payment referred to as retainage. We will require direct deposit and issue invoices on all service agreements.  We will require privacy on agreements because some jobs are located in hazardous areas, confined space training with certified personnel will be required. Limited warranties will be issued on materials and contingency agreements on labor. Verbal request for estimates will be charged but prebid site inspection accompanied with Request for Proposals are free. Journeyman skilled labor will be obtained from certified labor pools.


Product and Safety

Safety and security are top priority. Labibco will require picture ID for employees working in areas where security is an issue. Proper insurance and bonding for employees working in areas where security is an issue. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) allows the plumbing and drain laying staff at skill safety training within compliance with OSHA and local safety standards. Labibco has 36 years of experience and maintains the integrity and knowledge that will be expected from our customers.

Labibco will offer free estimates/bids regarding its services to our account holders. Such estimates/bidding and consulting services will be provided by appointment at the customer’s convenience. Weather and the seasons may affect service delivery but we will typically maintain access to all.
